MARKET UPDATE
Wall Street celebrated a historic rally Friday as the S&P 500 notched its ninth consecutive day of gains — the longest winning streak since 2004 — after strong job numbers eased recession fears. Both the S&P 500 and Nasdaq have now fully recovered losses sparked by the April tariff announcements.
Locally, Delta Air Lines stocks rose 5.64%, Home Depot rose 2.53%, Coca-Cola fell slightly, Equifax rose 3.19%, and Batra rose 0.76%.

The City of Brookhaven announced that the Corporate Square office park will be converted to the largest mixed-use project the city has seen since Town Brookhaven was built in 2010.

WHAT TO DO THIS WEEKEND
The Atlanta Beltline Lantern Parade is tonight, with a Vendor market and food trucks starting at 4 p.m., and the parade beginning at 8:35 p.m.
The Historic Druid Hills Home & Garden Tour is this weekend. Tours run Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The annual Glenwood Park Yard Sale is today with 20+ homes participating, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Award-winning educator Brendan Murphy explores antisemitism’s history in “We Remember: From Ancient Prejudices to Modern Challenges” at The Breman tomorrow at 3 p.m. The event is free, but registration is required.
Atlanta United FC will host Nashville SC at Mercedes-Benz Stadium this afternoon at 2:30 p.m.
The Atlanta Braves will play the Los Angeles Dodgers at Truist Park this weekend. The games are Saturday at 7:15 p.m. and Sunday at 7:10 p.m.
