Ernst & Young relocating Downtown Atlanta office to Midtown
Ernst & Young LLP (EY) plans to move its Atlanta office from its current Downtown location to Midtown next year, the company announced recently.
The professional services firm signed a lease at Ten Twenty Spring, a 525,000-square-foot office tower located on Spring Street.
EY will be relocating its approximately 3,000 employees away from its 110,000-square-foot Downtown office to the Midtown tower, occupying Ten Twenty Spring’s 14th, 15th, and 16th floors.
Among the features of the office tower include expansive floor plates, 10-foot-tall panoramic windows, private terraces, 25,000 square feet of outdoor space and a coworking lounge, to name a few.
Ten Twenty Spring is part of Spring Quarter, a mixed-use project being developed by Portman Holdings, an Atlanta-based real estate company.
The broader Spring Quarter development is home to a 370-unit residential tower, several new restaurant concepts, along with the preserved H.M. Patterson Home and Gardens, which is being redeveloped into a retail and dining destination, according to a release.
Ernst & Young’s move to Ten Twenty Spring is slated for August 2026.
