New apartment complex BRYKS Upper Westside now leasing

Development firm Golub & Company has completed a new apartment complex called BRYKS Upper Westside at 2200 Marietta Blvd. NW.

The 5.8-acre site includes two apartment buildings with 576 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, along with 12,000 square feet of retail space. Adair & Co. will operate a full-service nail salon within part of that retail area. A shared courtyard links the buildings, activating the ground level with retail and walkable pathways.

Inspired by the area’s industrial past, the property’s design mixes brick architecture, wood tones, and rich textures. Units include Woodtone flooring, quartz countertops, smart home technology, stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, and in-unit washers/dryers.
